The oblique teeth 35 are aligned to be adjacent in the rotation axis direction and include first oblique teeth 36 and second oblique teeth 37, tooth traces of which are different to each other. The tooth traces of the first oblique teeth 36 and the second oblique teeth 37 are inclined to the outside in the rotation axis direction as they proceed from the downstream side of the gear rotation direction to the upper stream side of the rotation direction. The casing 31 includes a storage space to store a pair of gears so as to form a closed space 74 between the oblique teeth 35 and the inner surface of the casing 31.
