    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric control throttle valve device showing high heating effect around a throttle valve even if the same is comprised of a resin housing.
      SOLUTION: The electric control throttle valve device A is provided with a disk shape valve element 4 fixed on an exposed section in a cylindrical hole of a shaft 3 rotatably arranged by passing through the cylindrical hole forming an intake air passage 2 of the housing, and opens and closes the intake air passage 2 by the valve element 4 by rotating the shaft 3 around a shaft thereof by an electric motor 5. A ring body 14 formed out of a material of high heat transfer rate is arranged in a wall surface of a housing 1 surrounding an annular inner wall surface of the intake air passage 2 facing an circumference edge of the valve element 4 under full closed condition. A storage hole 10 forming member 13 of the electric motor 5 is formed out of a material of high heat transmission, the ring body 14 and the motor storage hole forming member 13 are connected in such a manner that heat can be transferred, and temperature of the ring body 14 is adjusted by heat generated by the electric motor 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core for a press-fitting holder, by which a friction coefficient of a contact part is reduced and the problems that a material to be worked seizes to a working holder and the surface of a product becomes rough are solved.
      SOLUTION: The contact surface of the core for a press-fitting holder, wherein the core is brought into contact with a receiving-side component, is coated with a hard carbon thin film having a hydrogen atom content of ≤ 10 atom%. The hard carbon thin film is a DLC film formed by an arc type ion plating method. The surface roughness Ra of a base material before being coated with the hard carbon thin film is ≤ 0.03 μm. The core is press-fitted into or removed from the receiving-side component through intervention of a lubricating oil. The lubricating oil contains a fatty acid ester based ashless friction modifier and an aliphatic amine based ashless friction modifier in an amount of 0.05-3.0%. The lubricating oil contains a polybutenyl succinimide and/or a derivative thereof.
