    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield culvert lining structure which can omit reinforcing work carried out after formation of a segment ring, by installing a reinforcing member for reinforcing the segment ring, in a segment per se, and to provide a shield culvert constructing method.
      SOLUTION: According to the shield culvert lining structure, the segments 15 to 34 constitute the plurality of segment rings 1 to 3 which are arranged at a location of an opening 52 of a connecting pit 53 in the shield culvert 50. Then, at least part of the segments 15 to 34 includes the reinforcing members 4, 5 for reinforcing the segment rings 52 at which the opening 52 is formed, before formation of the segment rings 1 to 3. As a result, the reinforcing work after formation of the segment rings 1 to 3 can be omitted.

      SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 4 for the start of the branched shield machine is used at the start of a first front barrel part 21 which excavates the branched tunnel from inside an existing tunnel 1. The cylindrical body 4 is mounted on an inner wall surface of the existing tunnel 1 which serves as an entrance of the branched tunnel, so as to allow the branched shield machine to be started from inside. The cylindrical body 4 is equipped with a cylindrical outer peripheral entrance 40 and an inner peripheral entrance 41 which is continuously arranged at the other end of an outer cylinder part. An inner peripheral surface of the peripheral entrance 41 is provided with a tube seal 6 which allows cut-off between the inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the barrel part 21 which passes through a hollow part. In addition, the entrance 41 is provided so as to be axially slidable in the entrance 40.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with an adjusting member and facilitate installation and removal of a concrete base such as a slant base for moving a shield machine to a working face of a tunnel to be excavated. SOLUTION: This concrete base 1 is provided with a plurality of forms 2 formed into upward open box shape and adjacently arranged in the longitudinal and lateral directions. Concrete is placed in the forms 2 to form the upper face into a continuous face. Installation work is easy since the required number of forms need only to be individually carried into a construction site, and removal is easy since the concrete base 1 can be divided in individual forms using a chisel or the like. To be concrete, the form 2 has an upper face inclined at a specified angle, and the concrete base 1 is a slant face 1 in which the upper face of the concrete placed in the forms 2 is formed into a continuous inclined face 20. There is therefore no need to make fine adjustment of the inclined face angle of the slant base using an adjusting member or the like.
