    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of industrially producing a hydrogen-containing fluorodiene compound.SOLUTION: The method of producing a hydrogen-containing fluorodiene compound includes (1) treating a compound represented by formula: ClCH-CHCl-CClX-CHClY (X and Y are each different and represent a chlorine atom or a hydrogen atom) with a fluorine gas to produce a compound represented by formula: ClCF-CFCl-CClZ-CFClW (Z and W are each different and represent a fluorine atom or a chlorine atom), (2) then hydrogenating the resulting compound to produce a compound represented by formula: ClCF-CFCl-CClT-CFClU (T and U are each different and represent a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom), and (3) then dechlorinating the resulting compound to produce a hydrogen-containing fluorodiene represented by formula: CF=CFCT=CFU (T and U are each different and represent a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of isomerizing 3H-heptafluorocyclopentene and 4H-heptafluorocyclopentene.
