    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delustering agent for a coating having an excellent delustering effect obtainable by adding a small amount thereof, and a paint. SOLUTION: A delustering agent for a paint comprises a resin having an average particle diameter of 1 to 20 μm, a specific gravity of 0.3 to 0.8, and a hollow structure, wherein the resin comprises 50 parts by weight or more of at least one of methyl methacrylate, cyclohexyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile, styrene, acrylate, methacrylate, trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate, ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate, divinylbenzene, and vinyl acetate in 100 parts by weight of the monomer constituting the resin. An aqueous resin paint comprising 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of the delustering agent based on 100 parts by weight of the paint is provided. A delustered paint in which a viscosity of the paint during the coating thereof is 2000 mPa s or less, and the delustering agent for the paint is oriented on the surface of the coated film is also provided.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roofing material having a heat reflecting function by applying a heat insulating paint in a factory for manufacturing construction materials, to form a paint film in advance.
      SOLUTION: This heat insulating roofing material has the paint film formed of paint with an included coloring pigment composed of only a coloring pigment having 13% or more solar radiation reflectance specified in JIS A5759-1998, and 5-50 μm in paint film thickness formed of a clear paint or metallic color clear paint. The heat reflecting roofing material is coated by at least one kind of coater out of a roll coater, a shower coater, a curtain flow coater, an airless coater, an air spray coater, a decompression coater and a dipping vessel for dip coating and heated to dry by at least one kind of dryer out of a hot air drying furnace, a jet heater and a far-infrared drying furnace.

      SOLUTION: This sheet for waterproofing by coated films is sequentially laminated with a resin net capable of forming an unadhesive portion at the interface between the resin net and an adhesive film starting from the side of a bare working surface; the adhesive film with a thickness of 0.5 to 5 mm; and a resin foam layer as thick as 3 to 60 mm having independent air bubble thereby forming an integrated laminous structure having the three layers by the adhesion of the adhesive film.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a waterproofing material to form a coating exhibiting excellent elongation, tear strength, tensile strength as a waterproofing coating material at lower cost than ever before.
      SOLUTION: In two- or multi-component polyurethane waterproofing coating material to be cured at ambient temperature, a base component consisting of isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymer, a curing agent component consisting of polyol and/or amine crosslinker, other additives, a colorant, a diluent and the like are mixed, applied, and cured to form a coating. The polyurethane waterproofing coating material is characterized in that (a) an organic solvent comprises 1-20 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the waterproofing material; (b) a paste-type vinyl chloride resin and/or paste-type vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, as a vehicle (coating constituent), comprises 1-12 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the waterproofing material. The waterproofing coating film made of the polyurethane waterproofing coating material has coating properties such as elongation at break between clamps at 23°C of 300% or more, tear strength of 14 N/mm or more, and tensile strength of 2.3 N/mm
