摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multicast communication capable of maintaining impartiality between a plurality of multicast communications by efficiently utilizing a network. SOLUTION: A transmitter side shaper transmits a measuring packet of data round trip propagation delay time or data single direction delay time to a plurality of receiver side shapers. The receiver side shapers each transmit data single direction delay time calculated based on a response packet recording a transmission time recorded in the received measurement packet or on the received measurement packet to the transmitter side shaper. The transmitter side shaper receives a plurality of response packets, and obtains the optimum data transmission rate on the basis of the data round trip propagation delay time or the data single direction delay time.
