摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tar decanter device economically preventing diffusion of an odor gas to the atmosphere.
SOLUTION: In the tar decanter device for performing solid-liquid separation of ammonia water, tar and sludge by recovering and standing a COG washed waste liquid formed by cooling and washing a coke oven gas (COG), a partition plate 16 extending from a ceiling of the inner part of the tar decanter device 6 to a lower part of the surface of the ammonia water is provided in order to prevent diffusion of the odor gas resident in the inner part of the tar decanter device 6 to the atmosphere through a sludge outlet 12 of the tar decanter device 6.

The heat exchange system further includes a cleaning liquid circulating means for circulating a cleaning liquid 35a in the first flow channel 6, and a steam circulating means for circulating the steam 37a of a temperature higher than that of the cleaning liquid 35a, in the second flow channel 7.
