      SOLUTION: In a dual rotor motor comprising an annular stator core, a stator consisting of a plurality of coil parts wound around the stator core, and a rotor supported by a rotary shaft and contained in a case while having an inside core and an outside core arranged annularly to face the inside and outside of the stator, a plurality of vents are provided, respectively, at positions corresponding to radial inside of the stator on the plane of the case intersecting the rotary shaft perpendicularly and the plane of the case parallel with the rotary shaft.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the core loss of a stator for use in an electric motor, and manufacture the stator for electric motor in a short period of time.
      SOLUTION: In a stator for use in an inner rotor type electric motor in which a plurality of steel sheets each punched in a predetermined shape are laminated and integrated, circumferential tensile strength remains in a range of 0.5 to 2 times tooth width from the inside end face of a yoke, radial tensile strength remains at a range excluding 1 to 4 times the thickness of the steel sheet from the end face of the punched slot of the tooth part. In a stator for use in an outer rotor type electric motor, a plurality of steel sheets each punched in a predetermined shape are laminated and integrated, circumferential tensile strength remains in a range of 0.5 to 2 times tooth width from the outside end face of the yoke, radial tensile strength remains at a range excluding 1 to 4 times the thickness of the steel sheet from the end face of the punched slot of the tooth part.

      SOLUTION: This is a resin-sealed stator for an electric motor which has tensile residual stress in the circumferential direction of the core back portion of a laminated iron core 1.
