Further, mathematical models indicating relations between the operating variables and the quality are derived as superposition of the local relational expression and the local area with the activity function so as to select the minimum error mathematical model among a plurality of division patterns of mathematical models. If an error of the minimum error mathematical model is greater than a convergence determination variable of a given condition, the operating variable space is to be subdivided again and the respective steps are to be repeated to display a mathematical model of a convergence result as an analysis result.
