    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hot dip Al coated steel sheet which suppresses the occurrence of plating defects.
      SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the hot dip Al type coated steel sheet having the decreased plating defects comprises heating a steel sheet in an atmosphere containing moisture of a dew point of below -10°C in such a manner that the maximum ultimate temperature of the sheet attains 650 to 880°C and the time when the sheet is heated to ≥600°C attains ≥10 seconds, then cooling the sheet to control the sheet temperature to 630 to 700°C and immersing the sheet into an Al plating bath of 620 to 720°C in bath temperature for ≤3 seconds, in which the Al plating bath is composed of, mass %, 0.03 to 2% the total of one kind or more of elements of Mg, Ca, Li and Mn, 0.01 to 15% Si, and the balance Al and inevitable impurities. The high-speed passage of the hot dip Al coated steel sheet is made possible.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a galvanized steel sheet coated with a chemical conversion coating film, capable of being used for home electric appliances, car components or the like, which does not contain hexavalent chromium to reduce an environmental load, and mainly contains an inorganic component so as to be used also for heat resisting applications. SOLUTION: (1) The galvanized steel sheet superior in heat resistance and corrosion resistance, is obtained by treating a steel sheet with a conversion coating solution, which contains the inorganic components of a trivalent chromium compound (A) and water dispersible silica (B) as main components, and further a component for giving lubricity (C), and water. (2) The galvanized steel sheet superior in heat resistance and corrosion resistance is obtained by treating a steel sheet with the conversion coating solution according to claim (1), wherein a ratio of solid of the component (B) is 10-90 wt.% to the total solid of the coating solution of 100 wt.%. (3) The galvanized steel sheet superior in heat resistance and corrosion resistance according to either one of claim 1 or 2 is the one wherein the solution includes a metal salt of nitric acid (D) as an additional component, and the metal in the metal salt of nitric acid includes at least one kind selected from the group consisting of alkaline earth metals, Co, Ni, Fe, Zr, and Ti.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for controlling a nugget shape in spot welding an aluminized steel sheet, which is suitable for a fuel tank. SOLUTION: (1) The aluminized steel sheet superior in spot weldability has a chemical conversion coating mainly consisting of a chromium compound and water dispersible silica, on the aluminized steel sheet with a coating weight of 50 g/m or less per one side, and the electrification ohmic value which is controlled to be 10 mΩ or more but 100 mΩ or less, when measured for the two piled steel sheets with the chemical conversion coating. (2) The aluminized steel sheet superior in spot weldability has the aluminized layer which includes, by mass%, one or more of 3-15% Si, 0.1-15% Mg, and 0.1-50% Zn, and the balance aluminum with involuntary and/or unavoidable impurities. The employment of the aluminized steel sheet of which the electrification ohmic value is controlled to be 10 mΩ or more and 100 mΩ or less, when two steel sheets are piled and subjected to the measurement, enables a spot welding nugget to be stably formed, and the aluminized steel sheet most suitable for the fuel tank material to be obtained.
