    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To crush a large amount of waste plastic with a small size device by enabling the crushing of a large amount of waste plastic at high speed, to carry out economical treatment and to efficiently convey small waste plastic containing a moisture content being hardly conveyed at prior art.
      SOLUTION: When the waste plastic is crushed by a fixed blade and a rotation blade using a single-shaft type crusher, reduction of a crushing speed is prevented by suppressing raising of temperature of the waste plastic at crushing by making it to a deposition moisture content value of the waste plastic corresponding to a crushing treatment speed of the waste plastic per length of 1 meter of a rotor. Further, when the crushed waste plastic is conveyed, it is conveyed by a conveying device in which a plurality of moving elements are moved in a pipe.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high firmness coke, when high density particles are blended with coal and the resultant mixture is pyrolyzed in a coke oven, wherein the particles are made by molding waste plastics. SOLUTION: A waste plastic, which contains low temperature softening plastics i. e. polyethylene, polypropylene or polystyrene at a ratio of 50% or more in total, is used as a raw material. The waste plastic is molded by a molding method wherein a material is extruded from a nozzle by using a screw type pushing device. The waste plastic is brought to a temperature of 180-260°C in a molding apparatus, and a gas in the molding apparatus is sucked. By this operation, polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene are converted into a molten state, and the gas in the plastics is reduced. After compression molding the resin in that state by extruding from a 15-60 mm diameter nozzle, the extruded material is cut and then cooled by a water-cooling means within 3 seconds after cutting.       SOLUTION: The apparatus for treating the exhaust gas of the rotary hearth has such a boiler facility as to make the temperature of the surface of a cooling pipe passing a refrigerant therein equal to or lower than the melting point of the low-melting compound in the exhaust gas, installed in the first stage of a treatment duct for the exhaust gas, in the case that a substance mainly containing an alkali metal salt and zinc oxide is contained in the gas generated in and exhausted from the rotary hearth, when manufacturing the reduced pellet by reducing the pellet granulated from the raw material containing the charcoal wood and the oxidized metal in the rotary hearth type baking and reducing furnace.
