    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling method of an H-shaped steel and a finish universal rolling mill, in which increased thick parts at both ends of an H-shaped web generated on separately-manufacturing of web height are eliminated, and which can manufacture a product having an uniform web thickness from a roll of the same set.SOLUTION: In rolling of the H-shaped steel using the finish universal rolling mill that separately manufactures many different sizes by widening or contracting the web height while reducing the increased thick parts at both ends of the web, the rolling method of the H-shaped steel includes steps of: using a diameter of a vertical roll which is 15-40% of a diameter of a horizontal roll in the finish universal rolling mill; installing a rotation axis of the vertical roll and a rotation axis of the horizontal roll on the same plane; and reducing the increased thick parts at both ends of the web in a finishing pass.
