    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of glass with a mold capable of preventing generation of a flash.
      SOLUTION: The metallic mol 15 contains a straight line part of a length L and outer circumferential surfaces rising from both ends of the straight line part 16 or a pair of circular arc parts 17 and 17 each having a radius R2. The radius R2 is set at a value calculated according to a formula R2=R1+ΔR wherein t is a thickness of the metallic mol 15. The outer width of the metallic mold is set to be larger than the groove width of the mold-housing groove, and the metallic mold is housed in the mold-housing groove by elastically compressively deforming the metallic mold. The metallic mold tends to expand by a spring work to push the mold-housing groove strongly. This prevents generation of the burrs.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glass with a molding having uniform appearance of a product.SOLUTION: Glass 10 with a molding includes glass 11, a metal molding 20 facing an end of the glass 11, and a resin molding 12 connecting the metal molding 20 to the end of the glass 11. A surface of the metal molding 20 is pressed by an unevenness-treated roller 50, and the surface of the metal molding 20 is formed to have the arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 0.05 μm or more and less than 0.5 μm. A minute unevenness shape is formed on the surface of the metal molding 20 by being pressed by the unevenness-treated roller 50. The metal moldings 20 pressed by the same roller 50 have the similar unevenness shape on the surfaces. By having the similar unevenness shape on the surface, the appearance of the metal molding 20 is uniformed. By uniforming the appearance of the metal molding 20, the appearance of the glass 10 with the molding is also uniformed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door glass structure capable of preventing a door glass from being broken even if a long channel is adopted.
      SOLUTION: In Fig. (a), a rubber plate 21 is thinned by reducing the wall thickness of its center portion 22 more than the wall thicknesses of its both end parts 23 and 23 and, as shown by an imaginary line, bent in a U-shape for use. In Fig. (b), the use state of the rubber plate, i.e., a filler 20 is shown. In this example, a recessed part 24 recessed due to a reduction in wall thickness is positioned on the outside.
