      SOLUTION: The self-discharge type static electricity eliminating device can be simply mounted on the cylinder-shaped container used for the parts feeder, the automatic feeder, and the stirring of powder or grain, while forming a holding frame and a shape formed by a short curtain-shaped tuft by applying a cutting out on a sheet containing conductive fiber. The static electricity eliminating device can eliminate the static electricity from every corner of the cylinder-shaped container by arranging the short curtain-shaped tuft as far as the inside of the cylinder-shaped container. Further, the static electricity eliminating device can be applied to various cylinder-shaped containers having different diameter from each other by applying cut out and cut off.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silk fiber preventive of contamination of an alkaline chemical, nor a chrysalis oil, preventive of mixing of a foreign fiber therewith, preventive of tangling, nor twining, of the fiber, and further preventive of formation of damages, nor fibrillation, on surfaces of the fiber, and to provide a silk short fiber optimally used as a raw material for spinning and a nonwoven fabric, by cutting raw silk in a fiber length suitable for each of machines and devices, and capable of improving production efficiency.
      SOLUTION: This silk short fiber is formed by cutting the raw silk, and is used as the raw material for the spinning and the nonwoven fabric. An amount of sericin to be scoured, a fiber length in which the fiber is cut, and a kind of a finish applied to the fiber are suitably set. The silk short fiber characteristically uses the raw silk comprising a fresh silk material as a raw material and therefore does not contain impurities, so that scoring treatment thereof is easy. Further, the raw silk is easily cut in the fiber length suitable for the spinning and the nonwoven fabric, and a feeling of the short fiber is easily controlled by being furnished with an antistatic agent and a softening agent, and further with smoothness, so that the silk short fiber is enough useful as a material by which productivity is improved. Furthermore, an amount of the sericin remaining in the fiber is controllable, and therefore the silk short fiber is used as the raw material for the spinning and the nonwoven fabric, by making the best use of features of the sericin.
