    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble heat-sensitive recording medium which shows excellent water dispersibility or water solubility, color developing sensitivity in printing by a heat-sensitive printer, preservability (water resistance or the like) of an imaging part, and besides, contains neither deleterious substance nor endocrine disrupters, so that this recording medium can be best suitably used for applications e.g. returnable container labels etc., as well as a water-soluble heat-sensitive recording medium label.SOLUTION: This water-soluble heat-sensitive recording medium is constituted of a heat-sensitive recording layer containing a colorless or pale-color electron-donative leuco dye and a highly safe specific electron-receptive developer applied to the surface of a support. This support is made up of an at least one-lamina-or-more lamellar structure comprising a lamina or not less than two laminae, the lamina containing 5 to 100 pts.wt. of water-insoluble fibrous carboxyalkyl cellulose. In addition, the base paper contains an alkalizing agent.

This antifouling sheet has a plurality of water absorptive layers so as to have high water absorbency and all the water absorptive layer are formed of the biodegradable member. Therefore, this sheet can absorb aqueous filth such as urine at the high water absorbency in use and be flushed to a sewage system or the like after the use to be easily disposed.
