      SOLUTION: This Michael curing type water-repellent coating material composition comprises a silicone-acryl block polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture having 30-150 active methylene group value and 1-10 hydroxy value or tetrahydrofurfuryl value, an α, β-unsaturated carbonyl group-containing body and a silicone oil and optionally further hydrophobic silica having 1-10 μm average particle diameter and being aggregate of primary particles having several ten nm average particle diameter and polytetrafluoroethylene particles having 0.2-5 μm average particle diameter. A coating film having ultra-water repellency can be obtained from the lacquer composition.
