    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple manufacturing method of a complex compound of a tungstic acid compound or a molybdic acid compound and polyvinyl alcohol which is a low-cost solid electrolyte. SOLUTION: This is the manufacturing method of a complex compound solid electrolyte in which tungsten or molybdenum of metal state is oxidized and dissolved in a solvent containing water and the solvent is removed in a state the dissolved metal component and polyvinyl alcohol exist together. Furthermore, this is the manufacturing method of a complex compound solid electrolyte in which tungstic acid or molybdic acid is dissolved in a solvent which contains water as a component and in which hydrogen peroxide is added, and the solvent is removed in a state the dissolved metal component and polyvinyl alcohol exist together.
