    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of an underground structure capable of aiming at work comparatively shortening a width of a railway track (or a road), reducing a construction period of time and accomplishing the work even if an arrival shaft can't be installed. SOLUTION: The front end of a propulsion member for preventing the deformation damage of an element is connected to an edge, the element is inserted in the propulsion member from the outside to connect the front end of the element to the edge, an auger is inserted into the inside of the propulsion member, the rear end of a shaft of the auger is connected to a power source, at the same time, the rear end of the propulsion member is also connected to the power source to drive the propulsion member toward the arrival shaft from a starting shaft, and after the element has arrived at the arrival shaft, the auger and the propulsion member are pulled out from the element, the same procedure is repeated to construct an upper floor slab, and then, the construction method of the underground structure constituted of the construction of a side wall section by repeating the same procedure and a device executing the construction method are provided.
