摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device S for grilling fish which can grill the whole fish 7 uniformly by a microwave oven so that the surface of fish 7 is finished crisp and can be eaten without breaking the grilled fish 7, and can prevent dirt in the microwave oven, and to provide a fish grilling cooking set.SOLUTION: A sheet-like cooking device S for grilling fish that can be bent along the shape of fish 7 consists of a heating sheet 1 provided with a heating layer and an absorbent sheet 3 bonded to the heating sheet 1 and capable of absorbing a liquid component of the fish, wherein in the heating sheet 1 the heating layer 12 is formed by printing a mixture of ink and aluminum powder to a first synthetic resin sheet 11, the absorbent sheet 3 is bonded on the heating layer 12 side thereof, and at least the heating sheet 1 is provided with a plurality of holes 4 where the liquid component of fish 7 passes.
