摘要： The present invention discloses novel antibodies that specifically bind to the human platelet membrane protein Glycoprotein VI (GPVI) and their monovalent fragments or derivatives. The antibodies of the invention are antibodies from hybridoma clone 390 and fragment antibodies thereof able to induce a GPVI depletion phenotype. These antibodies and Fab fragments are able to block collagen binding and thus preventing platelet activation by collagen. The invention also relates to hybridoma clones and expression plasmids for the production of disclosed antibodies and Fab fragments. The present invention further refers to the uses of monovalent antibody fragments to manufacture research, diagnostic and immunotherapeutic agents for the treatment of thrombosis and other vascular diseases. The invention also concerns a Fab bearing a molecule at the C-terminal extremity, as well as method for prevention of recognition of Fab by antibodies using such modified Fab. The invention concerns a method for prevention of platelet activation when an anti-GP VI Fab is used.

摘要： A rack unit display system is provided to display goods, such as in a retail store, in a well structured and ordered manner. The goods are horizontally stacked in the rack unit. A theft protection member is provided which limits unauthorized access to the goods. The left protection member is adjustable in height to allow the display unit to accommodate different sized goods. The goods are pushed forward in the unit by a slide member where the units can then be removed from the rack in small quantities. The back unit is releasably mounted and secured by a lock mechanism on a base member, which in turn is mounted on a rectangular bar. The rack unit can be released from the base member by means of a key. The slide member can be locked in a rear end position of the display unit when the rack unit is removed from the base member. The unit can be filled or refilled with ease without interference from the slide member. The height of the theft protection member is also adjustable. When the rack unit is mounted on the base member, the slide member is automatically released, thereby pushing goods forward.

摘要： The fluid line between a drain opening at the bottom of the tub and an opening located at a higher level in the tub includes a line segment, which serves solely to keep the washwater in the tub in circulation between the upper opening and the drain opening. The line also has a solid pipe segment with a transparent region, at the wall of which a sensor is mounted that responds to the turbidity of the washwater. The sensor has an optical transmitter and an optical receiver. The sensor elements are built into a forked housing so as to securely mount and protect the sensor from the severe shaking during spin cycles. The forked housing embraces the pipe segment and the housing is adapted to the outer shape of the pipe segment at the faces which are in contact with the transparent region.
