摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure cooker by which lock by a plurality of lock mechanisms can be simultaneously operated or released thereby can prevent a dangerousness that the pressure is released from only one position by releasing only a part of the lock and a lid body, a container, a fastener, or the like can be prevented from breaking.
SOLUTION: The pressure cooker includes the plurality of lock mechanisms attached along the outer peripheral face of the opening portion of the container and securing the lid body to the container in a closing position, wherein the lock mechanisms is constituted of a plurality of lid body side clutch pawls secured along the outer peripheral face of the lid body, container side clutch pawls secured to the positions corresponding to the lid side clutch pawls respectively, a plurality of engaging members engaging with the lid side clutch pawls and engaging with the container side clutch pawls by sliding along the outer peripheral face of the container, and a drive mechanism sliding the engaging members, and wherein the engaging members are connected with each others by coupling members.
