    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a precast concrete member having large resistance force to tensile force by twining a large number of linear tension elements formed of an iron-based shape memory alloy, around a concrete portion around joints to enhance anchoring force.
SOLUTION: The joint structure of the precast concrete member is formed by projecting a plurality of iron joints from the facing surfaces of two joined members and anchoring each joint to concrete placed between the facing surfaces. The large number of linear tension elements 12 made of the iron-based memory alloy provided to twine around the concrete portion around the joints are provided as at least a part of the plurality of joints or separately from the joints. Prestress is introduced by the contraction of the tension elements, and the respective tension elements are oriented so that at least a part of the prestress is applied as side pressure to the side face of the joints 8 to enhance the anchoring force of the joints to the concrete.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure capable of imposing in-plane shear force on a molded plate which constructs a floor surface of a building in a manner that lays down a plurality of the molded plates.SOLUTION: Compressive force generated on an end surface of a molded plate 16 is mainly borne by a plate section 18 and tensile force generated on the end surface of the molded plate 16 is mainly borne by a lower plate 22. In this way, the compressive force and the tensile force are transmitted from one end surface to the other end surface of the molded plate 16 and then to a beam 14 where the lower plate 22 is connected as shear force. Therefore, the present invention can impose in-plane shear force on the molded plate 16 which constructs a floor surface of a building in a manner that lays down a plurality of the molded plates.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tower structure formed in a polygon when viewed from above and as high as approximately 60 to 100 m or higher from the ground.
SOLUTION: The ground portion 11 of this tower structure is formed in a polygon with corners of even number when viewed from above. The apex part 10 thereof is formed in a polygon with corners of N in quantity which is half that of the ground portion 11 when viewed from above. A rectangular flat surface 1 in which the length of one side of the polygon forming the apex part 10 is made equal up to the ground portion 11 is formed as the outer surface of the polygon of the ground portion 11 on the alternate sides. The outer surfaces of the polygon of the ground portion 11 on the other sides are formed as triangular flat surfaces 2 in which the corner part 12 of the polygon of the apex part 10 positioned just above that outer surface is the apex angle. The tower-like outer surfaces are formed by the combination of the rectangular flat surfaces 1 with the triangular flat surfaces 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake resistant structure using a PC binding method, wherein the soundness of a main body frame is maintained even if suffering from an earthquake etc., and wherein a member for horizontal resistance, damaged in a concentrated manner and and destroyed, is constituted in such a manner as to be replaceable with a new one.
SOLUTION: This earthquake resistant structure, wherein a beam-column joint serves as a turnable joint so as to bear a vertical load, is constructed by binding jointing which makes prestress introduced into unbonded prestressing steel penetrating up to a column in the direction of the material axis of a beam. The member for the horizontal resistance, which is formed in such a plate shape as to be long enough to straddle the turnable joints at both ends of the beam and which absorbs energy by yielding before the main body frame is damaged during the earthquake, is annexed to a side surface part of the main body frame, and positions on both the sides of the turnable joint are coupled together by the binding jointing which makes the prestress introduced into the prestressing steel.
