    • A communication antenna device for use in radio communication between a moving body and an access point comprises an antenna main body for transmitting and receiving a signal, a base side member of the moving body for supporting the antenna main body, and a damping mechanism provided between the base side member and the antenna main body and suppressing high frequency vibration of the antenna main body that has an impact on the radio communication. The damping mechanism includes an elastic member for absorbing high frequency vibration that has an impact on the radio communication. The elastic member has such characteristics as absorbing high frequency vibration of the antenna main body that makes changes in amplitude or frequency of a transmission signal from the antenna main body to the extent of inducing a demodulation error when the transmission signal is received at an antenna of the other party.

    • An electronic shelf label (ESL) transmits a negative response to a radio relay station by means of weak radio waves if it failed to normally receive price information. On the other hand, the ESL transmits no response if it failed to normally receive both ID information and price information. The radio relay station transmits to a radio communication base station ID information of the ESL which transmitted no response and ID information of the ESL which transmitted the negative response. The radio communication base station transfers the received ID information to an electronic shelf label (ESL) server. The ESL server re-transmits via the radio communication base station information to the ESL which transmitted no response and the ESL which transmitted the negative response.

    • An antenna for a radio base station has a leaky coaxial cable transmitting transmission power toward a terminator and transmitting received power toward an input terminal, a low-loss coaxial cable having a transmission loss per unit length smaller than that of the leaky coaxial cable, a first directional coupler having a function to pass the transmission power advancing to the terminator and a function to output the received power advancing toward the input terminal to the outside, a second directional coupler having a function to pass the transmission power advancing to the terminator and a function to bypass and output the received power advancing to the input terminal to the low-loss coaxial cable, and a power compositor inputting the received power output from the first directional coupler and the received power from the low-loss coaxial cable and outputting its composite power.
