摘要： An automatic frequency control method for use in a receiver mixes a received signal and a local oscillator signal to produce an intermediate frequency signal and converts the intermediate frequency signal to a voltage signal. The voltage signal is converted to digital data which is then compared with a theoretical value, outputting frequency correction data which permits the difference between the digital data and the theoretical value to be minimized. The frequency of the local oscillator signal is controlled according to the frequency correction data so that the intermediate frequency signal becomes the normal frequency.

摘要： A communication antenna device for use in radio communication between a moving body and an access point comprises an antenna main body for transmitting and receiving a signal, a base side member of the moving body for supporting the antenna main body, and a damping mechanism provided between the base side member and the antenna main body and suppressing high frequency vibration of the antenna main body that has an impact on the radio communication. The damping mechanism includes an elastic member for absorbing high frequency vibration that has an impact on the radio communication. The elastic member has such characteristics as absorbing high frequency vibration of the antenna main body that makes changes in amplitude or frequency of a transmission signal from the antenna main body to the extent of inducing a demodulation error when the transmission signal is received at an antenna of the other party.

摘要： An RF tag reading apparatus reads information from RF tags affixed to postal envelopes by a single operation. An article container contains a large number of postal envelopes provided with RF tags. A reader antenna, which is connected to an interrogator via a coaxial cable, is disposed under the article container. Maximum gain directions of the RF tags of the respective postal envelopes are uniformly directed to the reader antenna. The respective postal envelopes contained in the article container are arranged face to face with each other in a direction orthogonal to the maximum directions of the RF tags. Since a maximum gain direction of the reader antenna is oriented toward a base end surface of the article container, the maximum gain directions of the RF tags are opposed to the maximum gain direction of the reader antenna.
