摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly functional safety rope supporting device for reliably supporting the safety rope for securing an operator's safety in a danger area, having excellent work efficiency.
SOLUTION: The safety rope supporting device chucks a peripheral surface of a handrail 30 provided along a traveling direction of a passage to move freely on the handrail, and front ends of a pair of curved arm members 3, 3 onto which the handrail 30 may be chucked are journaled in a freely openable and closable manner below a supporting member 1 having a ring 2 provided on an upper end thereof for engaging a hook 35 at the front end of the safety rope 34. Wheels 4 which rotate along a longitudinal direction on the peripheral surface of the handrail 30 are mounted on the arm member 3. Furthermore, a locking mechanism 6 is provided above the supporting member 1 for maintaining a state of the arm member 3 when the member is closed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost of glare shielding equipment by increasing a mounting interval for a separate type light shielding net. SOLUTION: A lattice-shaped net 2 made of synthetic resin fiber is installed extensively on a support frame body 3 having a column 4 on the lower end so as to form a light shielding net 1. The light shielding nets 1 are installed scatteredly on the median strip or shoulder of a road in such a form that its net face faces toward the inside by a specified angle relative to the traveling direction of the road and at specified interval so as to form a glare shielding equipment. In this type of glare shielding equipment, because the installation interval for the light shielding net 1 can be increased larger than that of a conventional glare shielding equipment in which a separate type light shielding net is disposed in the form of being crossed perpendicular to the road, the required number of the light shielding nets 1 can be reduced remarkably, and thus, a working cost and material cost for installation work can be reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a process for easily producing a mirror resistant to breakage and clouding, etc., because of the use of a transparent plastic material, etc. CONSTITUTION:This process for the production of a mirror comprises a baking process to apply a coating material composed of 1-5wt.% of a pigment containing >=80% of flaky aluminum having a thickness of 0.1-2.0mum and a diameter of 0.5-200mum, 2-5wt.% of a binder and 90-97wt.% of a solvent mixture to a surface of a transparent material and keep the coated product at 50-100 deg.C for 10-30min and an aging process to maintain the product at room temperature for 210hr. The solvent mixture can be produced by compounding a low-boiling solvent having a boiling point of 70-100 deg.C, a medium-boiling solvent having a boiling point of 100-150 deg.C and a high-boiling solvent having a boiling point of >=150 deg.C at weight ratios of (1-2):1:1.
