By its nature, the unlicensed spectrum is shared among numerous technologies that co-exist with each other, without necessarily knowing their co-existence. To increase knowledge on co-existence, a user device comprising two or more transceivers for providing different radio access to at least one unlicensed band is configured to monitor at least states of the two or more transceivers, and to send information on at least one of the states to a network element providing services at least on the unlicensed band.
