    • The present invention refers to generating of cooperation areas in a communications network, wherein each cooperation area is defined by at least two base stations of said communications network, which are cooperating when communicating with mobile nodes in said communications network. In particular, a number of sets of possible interferers is transmitted to at least one mobile node by a base station, wherein with each set of possible interferers an index value associated to said set of possible interferers is transmitted. Then, said mobile node selects a set of possible interferers from said number of sets of possible interferers and transmits a selected index value to said base station, said selected index value being an index value associated to said selected set of possible interferers. Hereupon, a cooperation area for said mobile node is defined by said base station by use of said selected index value.

    • It is provided a method for transmitting data to user equipments, a communication system, a base station and a mobile station. Data is transmitted to user equipments (3) from a first base station (BBS) and from second base stations (CBS) in a time division multiplexed manner in frames (F). Each frame (F) has a first sub-frame (20) and a second sub-frame (21). The user equipments (3) are located in cells (2), each cell (2) comprising a second base station (CBS). Data is transmitted wirelessly, during a first sub-frame of a frame, data from the first base station (BBS) to user equipments (3) in a plurality of cells (3). Data is transmitted wirelessly, during the second sub-frame (21) of the frame (F), from second base station (CBS) to at least one the plurality of user equipments (3). The data being transmitted from the first base station (BBS) is also transmitted by the second base station (CBS) to at least one of the plurality of cells (3).

    • It is described a method for compensating interference effects within a telecommunication network (100) comprising at least a first base station (BS1) and a second base station (BS2), which serve in a cooperative manner a first user equipment (UE1) and a second user equipment (UE2) by using time division duplex. The method is applied in an operational state, in which the first base station (BS1) is in a downlink mode and the second base station (BS2) is in an uplink mode. The method comprises (a) determining at least one of a first channel state information between the first base station (BS1) and the second base station (BS2) and a second channel state information between the first user equipment (UE1) and the second user equipment (UE2), (b) encoding data signals based on the first and/or the second channel state information, and (c) transmitting the encoded data signals by the first base station (BS1) and/or by the second base station (BS2). It is further described a telecommunication network, a program element and a computer readable medium, which are adapted to carry out or control the described method.
