The described the method comprises classifying the plurality of base stations into at least a first group of first base stations (BS-B, BS-D, BS-E) having a first individual value of the characteristic parameter and a second group of second base stations (BS-C) having a second individual value of the characteristic parameter, successively broadcasting a respective identification mark (IM) for each of the first base stations (BS-B, BS-D, BS-E) of the first group, broadcasting a separation symbol (SS), and successively broadcasting a respective identification mark (IM) for each of the second base stations (BS-C) of the second group. It is further described a base station (BS-A), a User Equipment (UE-A, UE-B) and a telecommunication network (N), which are adapted to carry out the described signaling method.

The controller outputs a control signal to a controllable amplifier for decreasing a transmission power of the private base station if the measured travel time is longer than a predetermined reference time or quality of service is lower than reference quality.
