摘要： A method includes operating a user equipment to initiate monitoring of a control channel associated with a particular component carrier for determining if the user equipment is scheduled by the control channel associated with the particular component carrier. In response to determining that the user equipment is not scheduled, autonomously terminating the monitoring of the control channel associated with the particular component carrier. A further method includes establishing a set of rules defining how and when a user equipment autonomously deactivates use of component carriers transmitted by a network access node. The network access node assumes, in response to the network access node not scheduling the user equipment in a control channel of a particular component carrier for some period, that the user equipment has autonomously deactivated monitoring of the control channel of the particular component carrier Various apparatus and computer programs are also disclosed that operate in accordance with the methods.

摘要： In an exemplary embodiment there is sent to a user equipment UE downlink control information DCI comprising an indication of an access codeword and an indication that at least one component carrier CC is activated for the UE, and there is received from the UE the access codeword which is an acknowledgement that the UE has activated the at least one CC. The access codeword is received on an uplink channel which a) lies in the at least one activated CC if there is an activated uplink channel in the activated CC, or b) is previously activated if there is no activated uplink channel in the activated CC. In another embodiment DCI comprising the above two indications is received from a network, the received indications are used to select and access the at least one CC; and activating the CC is acknowledged by sending the access codeword.

摘要： A user equipment UE receives an indication that another cell apart from a serving network cell is a private network cell, determines that it is restricted from accessing the another cell, and excludes measurements of the another cell from uplink measurement reports that it sends to the serving network cell. The indication may be received in dedicated downlink signaling (handover command after a triggered measurement report), or broadcast from the serving cell or the private cell and the UE sees the private cell is not on its private cell whitelist. Depending on who sent the indication, the UE may signal the serving or a next eNB that it is restricted access to that private cell. The indication may be that an entire frequency layer is restricted access. The UE carries over its neighbor list from the most recent cell on which it was camped when transiting the restricted private cell.

摘要： Access verification is adaptively done using an identifier of a first or a second length, by comparing a field of a node address that has the determined first or second length against a locally stored access list. At least the compared field of the node address is either added to a locally stored list of cell selection candidate nodes where the access list is allowed identifiers, or excluded from it where the access list is restricted identifiers. The node identifier is in three sections. The first section is service type, which the UE can use to determine whether or not it is restricted/allowed. The first length is the length of the second section, which is a service area ID of a group of network nodes. The second length is the length of the second section plus the third section, which identifies one node of the group of network nodes.
