摘要： A method for transferring charging information in a telecommunication system comprising a first network having a charging unit for collecting information on charges made to subscribers of the first network, a second network having a call charge generation unit for generating data records indicative of charges levied for calls, and a third network; the method comprising: determining that a call is to be established between a first terminal operating in the first network under a subscription to the first network and a second terminal operating in the third network under a subscription to the second network; transmitting from the first network to the call charge generation unit of the second network a charging address whereby messages may be directed to the charging unit of the first network; supporting the call between the first terminal operating in the first network and the second terminal operating in the third network; generating at the call charge generation unit of the second network a data record for charges levied by the second network for the call; and transmitting the data record to the charging address.

摘要： In a first embodiment of the invention, when an Activate PDP Context Request message is forwarded to a Service GPRS Support Node (SGSN), the SGSN creates a Create PDP Context Request message and forwards it to a Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN). In response to the Create PDP Context Request forwarded by the SGSN, the GGSN creates a Create PDP Context Response message. When a PDP context is created by the GGSN, the GGSN associates a Globally Unique Charging Identification (GCI) with the PDP context. Then, the Create PDP Context Response including the GCI is forwarded to the SGSN. The GCI is sent from the SGSN to the UE and from the UE to the CSCF. In a second embodiment of the invention, the GCI is sent from the SGSN or the GGSN directly to the Call State Control Function (CSCF). Sending the GCI can be performed either autonomously or based on a request from the CSCF. In either embodiment, the CSCF can send the GCI to a second network which performs processing, such as billing, from data collected from call detail records associated with the GCI.

摘要： The present invention proposes a method for performing a call drop-back in a telecommunication system, said telecommunication system comprising at least one exchange (MSC) for switching calls between at least two subscribers (A, C) or between one of said subscribers and a message server (VMS/SN), wherein said message server (VMS/SN) is adapted to maintain a record of a plurality of previous messages intended for a called subscriber (A) and which previous messages were recorded to the message server record from a respective calling subscriber (C), wherein said method comprises the steps of: invoking (S6) a callback call from said called subscriber (A) to said calling subscriber (C) based on the information recorded in said message server record via at least one of said at least one exchange (MSC), and upon invoking said callback call, setting the system into a state enabling said called subscriber (A) to be connected back to said message server (VMS/SN) after the termination of said invoked callback call. The invention thus enables a subscriber in a multi-provider environment to be billed using a single bill.

摘要： A method and apparatus for charging against prepaid credit in a communication network. When a first terminal requests establishment of a call to a second terminal, the network ascertains whether prepaid credit is involved. If so, accounting sessions are established between an accounting server and any accounting servers that will raise costs during the call. A session identifier is generated. Once the call is established, charging update data is sent from the accounting clients to the accounting server, where it is collated on the basis of the accounting session identifier, whereby enabling updating of the prepaid credit during the call.
