    • PURPOSE:To prevent inner/outer layers from easily separating by providing the inner layer formed of composition containing a synthetic resin and a filler and the outer layer formed of the same synthetic resin to this inner layer and further formed on a peripheral surface of the inner layer. CONSTITUTION:Fluororesin of copolymer or the like of polytetrafluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkylvinylether is used as a synthetic resin from the viewpoint of low friction property, to compound a filler for improving wearing resistance in the case of forming an inner layer. Glass fiber, carbon fiber, boron fiber, etc., are listed as the filler. An outer layer, consisting of the same synthetic resin to the inner layer, is formed. A double layer tube can be manufactured by a method of extruding the same synthetic resin onto a tube peripheral surface of the inner layer, and by a method of simultaneously extruding each resin in a tube shape so that the same synthetic resin to forming the inner layer is the outer layer. In this way, the tube is excellent in durability further to prevent the inner/outer layers from easily generating separation.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a composite reverse osmosis membrane equipped with a crosslinked polymer membrane having a high salt blocking rate, high water permeability and high chlorine resistance by forming a membrane composed of a crosslinked polymer having a specific composition on a porous support membrane. CONSTITUTION:The first layer composed of a solution prepared by dissolving a polyamino compound in the first solvent, for example, water, a lower alcohol such as methanol or ethanol or acetonitrile is formed on a porous support membrane.     • PURPOSE:To obtain high desalting property and water permeability by forming an ultrathin film comprising aromatic polyamide having two or more -NH groups and one or more amino groups at the position of steric hindrance. CONSTITUTION:The aromatic polyamide which constitutes the ultrathin film contains a structural component expressed by formulae (I), (II) or the like as a part of the polyamide. This structural component has two or more -NH groups and at least one amino group at the position of steric hindrance. This composite semipermeable membrane is obtained by applying an aq. soln. containing a multifunctional aromatic amine component such as 1, 2,4-triaminobenzene, etc., on a supporting film such as polysulphone, etc., and then applying a water- incompatible org. solvent soln. containing multifunctional acid halide such as trimesic acid chloride, etc., to effect condensation polymn. in the interface of the aq. soln. Thus, the polyamide is produced on the supporting film and if required, it is then treated by heating. The obtd. membrane has extremely high desalting property and water permeability.
