摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the service life of a forge-forming die for executing a die forging and to effectively manufacture a high precise bevel gear in good productivity and low cost. SOLUTION: At the time of manufacturing the bevel gear 17 having toothform part 17a between a large end part and a small end part and a center hole 17b, the toothform part 7a is formed between the small end part and the small end part by die-forging a heated blank already applying a surface hardening treatment and also, a bevel gear preform 7 forming an outer burr 7a in the interval between both teeth in the large end part and an annular inner burr 7c in the center hole 7b, is obtd. Thereafter, the bevel gear preform 7 is charged into a die for rejecting the outer burr while being the forged remaining heat condition to reject the outer burr 7a formed in the interval between both teeth of the large end part of the bevel gear preform 7. Further, this preform is shifted to a die for sizing arranged near the die for rejecting the outer burr, and in succession to the rejection of the outer burr, the sizing of the teeth part is executed at warm state, and the quenching, tempering and the rejection of the inner burr are executed in mutually succeeding time.
