摘要： A manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a resin container including an injection molding part configured to injection-mold a preform, and a temperature adjustment part configured to adjust a temperature of the preform molded in the injection molding part. The manufacturing apparatus is configured to blow-mold the preform whose temperature has been adjusted in the temperature adjustment part. The injection molding part includes an injection core mold and an injection cavity mold, and both the injection core mold and the injection cavity mold include a flow path connected to a chiller in which coolant is configured to flow to cool the preform such that the preform is inserted into the temperature adjustment part in a state where an outer surface temperature of the preform is higher than a glass transition temperature of a material constituting the preform by 30° C. or higher and 60° C. or lower.

摘要： A wide-neck synthetic resin container has a neck, a body and a bottom. A top side of the neck is sealed by a cap. The neck includes a neck tubular section, an engagement section protruding outward therefrom and engaging the cap, and a flange protruding outward at the top side. The flange protrudes less than the engagement section. The neck's top side includes a first top side formed by the neck tubular section, and a second top side formed by the flange that is the same height level with the first top side and increases an area of the top side. The neck tubular section has a uniform thickness at an area immediately below the flange and an area where the engagement section is formed. A thickness of the flange is smaller than that of the neck tubular section, and the neck has been crystallized.

摘要： A forming mold is used when forming a preform, which has a neck portion and a barrel portion, and whose barrel portion is filled with a molding material over the entire axial direction thereof, by injection molding; forming a space part in the barrel portion of the preform to convert the preform into an intermediate molded product; and blow-molding the intermediate molded product to form a hollow container which is a final molded product. The forming mold is equipped with a boring rod which is inserted from the neck portion side into the barrel portion of the preform to form the space part of at least a predetermined depth in the barrel portion.

摘要： A neck crystallization method includes inserting a core into the neck, heating the neck using a heater group disposed along a transfer direction while rotating the preform on its axis, and transferring the preform along the transfer direction in a state in which the core is inserted into the neck, and cooling the neck of the preform in a state in which the core is inserted into the neck. The heating of the neck includes a first step that drives first heaters positioned on the upstream side in the transfer direction at a first power, and a second step that drives second heaters positioned on the downstream side of the first heaters at a second power that is lower than the first power until the temperature of the neck reaches a crystallization temperature zone.
