摘要： A fuel cell separator includes a metal substrate that has a gas passage through which a reactant gas flows; and a carbon layer that is formed on a surface of the metal substrate and contains a number of metal particles and electrical conductive carbon. Therefore, it is possible that an oxide of the metal particles is easily formed before acid water reaches the metal substrate so as to prevent the oxide film from being formed on the surface of the metal substrate.
