    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to objectively judge the surface sharpness of an entire painted region, by projecting a picture pattern having regularily to the entire surface region of a painted article and photographing the projected picture pattern to calculate the sharpness degree of the picture pattern. CONSTITUTION:The light of a light source 9 is allowed to irradiate the reflective surface 3a of a reflective plate 3 to be reflected and the position of the reflective plate 3 is regulated so that the entire region of the painted surface 1a of a painted article 1 is irradiated with reflected light. As a result, when the painted surface 1a is irradiated with the light from the light source 9 reflected from the reflective surface 3a, the measure pattern 4 drawn on the reflective surface 3a is projected to the entire region of the painted surface 1a and photographed by a camera 10. When the whole of the painted surface 1a is rough, the sharpness degree of the measure pattern 4 taken by the camera 10 is low as a whole and, when painting has irregularity, the sharpness degree partially becomes low. As mentioned above, the quality of the sharpness of the entire region of the painted surface 1a can be easily judged in an extremely objective manner on the basis of the sharpness of the picked-up image of the measured pattern 4 projected to the painted surface 1a.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out online coating by means of blow molding, by constituting a core layer with a polyamide resin wherein an inorganic filling material is added and a skin layer with a polyamide resin, a polypropylene resin or an acrylic resin containing no filling material. CONSTITUTION:As a resin A used for a core layer, polyamide resins such as polyamide 6, polyamide 66, polyamide 11, polyamide 12,aromatic polyamides and so on are used. As a filling material added in the resin A, calcium carbonate, talc, glass fibers, silica and so on are used. As a resin B used for a skin layer, beside the polyamides used as the resin A, polypropylene resins and acrylic resins are used. If the thickness of the skin layer is too thin, the appearance of the skin layer is influenced by the roughness of the filling material in the core layer and therefore the thickness is preferably 0.2mm or more. If the thickness is too thick, the rigidity is lowered and therefore it is preferably 1.0mm or less. Further, when 5-40% inorganic filling material are added to the resin A, the coating appearance is remarkably improved due to formation of the skin layer when multi-layer blow molding is done.
