摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and to flexibly follow complicated external force added to a skin material to prevent the deformation of the skin material by constituting a hanging member of a sheet like sewing member and a binding member and welding the binding member in a body by melting the synthetic resin of the adhering part of a sheet sewing member at the time of shaping it. SOLUTION: The hanging member is constituted of the sheet-like sewing member 1 for sewing the skin material of a vehicle, a chair, etc., at its matching place and the binding member 2 consisting of thermoplastic resin shaped in a swelling state in one body with its tip adhering part 5 and keeping its shape keeping property. The member 2 formed at one side tip of the longitudinal direction of the member 1 is shaped in the swelling state by presenting a nearly semi-circular cross section at the part 5 of the member 1 by extruding through the use of thermoplastic resin such as hard polypropylene resin, vinyl chloride resin, and the part 5 is molded by melting a thermoplastic resin film 4 passing through to the dice of an extruder to coat its surface and welding in a body at the time of shaping it.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure of a skin material capable of easily performing installing work of the skin material to a frame to form a vehicular seat and capable of reliably performing the locking state. SOLUTION: This installing structure is composed of one side hook piece to form the almost inverted U-shaped engaging part 7 by protruding the curved part 6 to the vertical main body part 4 having the installing surface 3 and the other side hook piece 2 to form the almost U-shaped engaging part 13 in the vertical main body part 10 having the installing surface 11. The engaging part 7 of one side hook piece 1 and the engaging part 13 of the other side hook piece 2 are mutually/elastically/repulsively engaged with each other by installing the upper side of one side hook piece 1 in a frame while respectively sewing-up/fixing the installing surfaces 3 and 11 of one side hook piece 1 and the other side hook piece 2 to the opening edge of a skin material 20. The installing surfaces 3 and 11 and the engaging parts 7 and 13 are integrally extrusively molded by using a hard synthetic resin material so that hardness becomes different. One side hook piece 1 is also locked on a locking piece 21 of the frame by forming the hooking part 9 of the vertical main body part 4 in an inclined shape.

The fastening piece 11 is sewn on the peripheral end of the facing material 30, and the hook piece 12 is engaged with a locking part 31 provided on the back side of the pad material through the buffer layer 13.
