    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to supply hot water or cold water extremely in a short time by heat exchanging liquefied refrigerant with gasified refrigerant perfectly in an opposed current, installing a heated fluid penetration passage to a condenser, and a cooled fluid penetration passage to a vaporizer respectively, and making heated fluid refrigerant inside the vaporizer to flow counter. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant liquefied gas heat exchanger 11 is installed in an attempt to heat exchange liquefied refrigerant from the outlet of a condenser 2 to an expansion valve 3 with gasified refrigerant from a vaporizer 4 to a compressor 1. The compressor 1, when driven, raises insulation compressed enthalpy i1' to i2'. Then, the refrigerant is heat exchanged with heated hot water in the next condenser 2, cooled under a constant pressure state, and turns into liquefied refrigerant. When further cooled, i3' under an excess cooling state is obtained. The route of heated hot water is formed based on an once through flow. Moreover, heat exchange is made with the refrigerant in a counter flow. Therefore, the refrigerant is cooled by fresh heated hot water constantly supplied, which equalizes the logarithmic mean temperature difference of the both with a lager value. Moreover, as for the outlet of a refrigerant condenser 2, excess cooling can be more effective by the heat exchange made by the heated hot water which flows in at an ambient temperature.
