摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the title alloy with wear resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance for the member of the apparatus in which the mixture of solid/liquid is treated by incorporating specific amounts of one or more kinds among iron metals and Cr or Cr carbide to WC. CONSTITUTION:One or more kinds among 4-9wt.% iron metals and 0.2-0.9% Cr or Cr carbide as Cr are incorporated to WC sintered hard alloy; 0.2-0.9% Mo or Mo carbide as Mo is furthermore incorporated thereto at need; and 0.1-0.5% carbide or nitride of IVa and Va metals, or two or more kinds of the solid solutions thereamong or one or more kinds of the carbide and nitride thereamong and one or more kinds of solid solutions with WC are incorporated thereto as the carbide or nitride of IVa, Va metals. By this method, the hardness of the alloy is regulated to 92.5-89 HRA and its three characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance are made excellent with good balance.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shaping tool for ceramic art which is used for shaping ceramics before baking, centering around the ceramic art, and is excellent in resistance to abrasion and corrosion. SOLUTION: A cemented carbide constituted mainly of WC and containing Ni of 5-25 wt.% and Co of 5 wt.% or below (including 0 wt.%) is used for the shaping tool for the ceramic art. The powders of these two or three kinds of materials are mixed, formed in a desired shape and sintered at a temperature of 1,300-1,600 deg.C, so as to obtain a sintered body of the cemented carbide. The sintered body is machined, brazed, edged and so forth, as occasion calls, to be made into the material of the shaping tool for the ceramic art. Thereby the tool having excellent characteristics can be obtained.
