    • PURPOSE: To attain economy by hierarchizing information corresponding to the information expression ability of a communication equipment to make it a data base so as to make the data base common to provide information on a service grade corresponding to request. CONSTITUTION: The data base of a server storing various kinds of information is hierarchized to be levels 1 to 3, which respectively store a character code, a graphic code and a natural picture code. A service grade 1 is set to convert the character code in the level 1 to voice to provide information when the communication equipment is a telephone set and to provide the code in the level 1 as it is when the equipment is teletex. On the other hand, at the time of facsimile, as information can be expressed in characters and graphics, the levels 1 and 2 are combined and a grade 2 is set. In addition at the time of a personal computer, as information in the levels 1, 2 and 3 can be provided, a grade 3 is set. Thereby, it is not necessary to provide the data base for each kind of communication equipments and the data base is made common.

    • PURPOSE:To perform the rotation of a micro angle with a few arithmetic quantity, without generating distortion, and at high speed, by finding the moving quantity of each picture element in an X and a Y directions by the linear expressions of an X and a Y, and moving comprehensively the rectangular area of the picture element whose moving quantity is within a prescribed range. CONSTITUTION:A picture data is inputted to an input picture accumulation part 205 from the outside. By the control of a control part 207, a coordinate moving quantity changing range calculation part 201 calculates the changing range of a coordinate moving quantity in the X and the Y directions by the linear expression from a rotational center coordinate, an angle of rotation, and the size of the picture. Next, a same moving quantity area calculation part 203 calculates the coordinate before and after rotation at the left lower end and the right upper end of the same moving quantity area of the picture element in the picture, and supplies them to a rectangular area transfer part 204. Based on the above calculation, the transfer part 204 transfers the picture element within a designated rectangular area comprehensively from the accumulation part 205 to an output picture accumulation part 206. Thereby, the movement of the picture element with a few arithmetic quantity, and without the distortion can be attained at high speed.
