A pair of clamp reciprocating parts 65 and 66 respectively reciprocating horizontally and radially to a rotational center of the turntable 34 is provided on the turntable 34, and alignment and positional fixation are carried out by latching tips of the clamp reciprocating parts 65 and 66 to a pair of clamp receiving parts 61 and 62 provided on the parking floor 12.

For feeding out the pallet 1 in a circulating direction in its forward/return path frames, a pusher 8 is provided in each lifter 2. In this way, moving the pallet 1 is performed by utilizing extruding force of the pusher 8.
