摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube clamping device for a traveling cutting machine which dispenses with the exchange of a clamp piece by changing the size even for a round tube or a square tube, surely provides the sufficient clamping force, is capable of quick clamping, and is inexpensive. SOLUTION: A plurality of clamp pieces 26 which are advanced/retracted to/from a tube 11 by a plurality of pressing mechanisms 18, 24 arranged around the tube 11, and clamp/unclamp the tube 11 by abutting/separating contact surfaces on/from an outer surface of the tube 11 are formed in a serrated manner comprising a plurality of fitting teeth and a plurality of fitting grooves, the fitting tooth and the fitting groove of each clamp piece 26 are respectively fitted to the fitting groove and the fitting tooth of the clamp piece 26 adjacent in the circumferential direction.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce projection of an internal bead from the end face of an electric resistance welded tube and prevent hooking on the end face of the electric resistance welded tube by providing a fixed blade on the entrance side of the electric resistance welded tube of an electric resistance welded tube internal bead cutting device and providing a moving blade moving up and down on the exist side of the electric resistance welded tube. SOLUTION: A standard length electric resistance welded tube which is cut by a rotary blade of an electric resistance welded tube cutting device in a clamped state is separated by a pinch roll at speed which is faster than tube making speed after a pair of electric resistance welded tube clamps of the electric resistance welded tube cutting device mounted on a traveling truck are released. When the tail end of the electric resistance welded tube is detected by a photosensor on the exist side of an electric resistance welded tube internal bead cutting device, a moving blade 10 is lowered by a cylinder 15 at high speed and the internal bead of the end face tube of the electric resistance welded tube is cut in between itself and a lower fixed blade 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress vibration at the time of cutting and machining by locking one end of an elastic plate to a clamp section, providing a heavy material to the other end of the elastic plate, and forming a fixed clearance between the heavy material and a material to be treated. CONSTITUTION:A clamp device consists of a clamp section 1, an elastic plate 2 which is appended to it, and a damping device by means of a heavy material 3. The elastic plate 2 is a plate spring having a predetermined spring constant and has a predetermined inherent vibration number with the heavy material 3. Spring constant of the plate spring and mass of the heavy material 3 are set in such a way that it has the inherent vibration number which is close to the inherent vibration number in cutting. Since a material to be cut 7 and a damping device section vibrate simultaneously and the added heavy material 3 gives force contrary to vibration application force to the material to be cut 7, the heavy material 3 eliminates vibration application force which is generated in a material to be treated while it vibrates. As a result, vibration of the material to be cut 7 is suppressed.

CONSTITUTION:From an oil-hydraulic source 1, pressure oil is supplied to a hydraulic motor 2 so that a round saw 3 is rotated. The pressure oil is adjusted into a certain rate of flow by changing the degree of opening of a flow adjusting valve 4 on the outgoing side of the hydraulic motor 2-that is, the round saw 3 is rotated at a certain revolving speed. A load is applied to the round saw 3 if a steel material is cut with this round saw 3, and the revolving speed of the motor 2 is going to sink. The sink of the revolving speed is sensed by a rotation sensor 5, and a degree-of-opening command is given by a control device 6 in compliance with the amount of the sink, and the revolving speed going to sink is returned to the reference value by increasing the degree of opening of the valve 4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly adjust the height of a rolling stand by selectively abutting a height adjusting stopper having a step type clamp surface to the clamp surface of the rolling stand. The rolling stand 12 is ascended or descended up to a prescribed position and put together with a desired position in a step type clamp surface of the adjusting stopper 15. The horizontal and vertical surfaces are abutted in a pressing condition. The rolling roll 11 incorporated in the rolling stand 12 is adjusted and fixed at a required height.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the nozzle which is simple in construction, is small in an exchange member and allows easy and rapid exchange of a nozzle tip by providing a hollow imposing seat to be imposed with the nozzle tip atop a nozzle tip body and turning a socket into this seat from above. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle body 1 is formed with a nozzle hole 11 at its central axis, a threaded part 12 in its central part and thread ridges 14 in its lower part 13, and is provided with the imposing seat 17 to be imposed with the nozzle tip 2 on its upper surface. After the nozzle body 1 is screwed into the threaded hole of a nozzle header, the nozzle tip 2 is imposed on the imposing seat 17 and the socket 3 is screwed into this seat from above by inserting the front end of the nozzle tip 2 into an aperture 31. The thread ridges 33 in the socket 3 are screwed to the thread ridges 16 of the nozzle body 1 by turning the socket. Only the nozzle tip can easily be exchanged on site when the nozzle tips wears.
