    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by fast sticking a steel material and an anti-corrosive coating layer by a tapping screw through a hold-down material superposed on the organic-resin anti-corrosive coating layer of the surface of the steel material. SOLUTION: The surface of the steel material 1 is coated with the anti-corrosive coating layer 3 consisting of an organic resin through a resin sheet 2 containing an anticorrosive, and a hold-down material 4a having an L-shaped cross section, etc., is superposed on the anti-corrosive layer 3. A tapping screw 5 having a drill section 52 at a front end is screwed until the front end sufficiently reaches the steel material 1 from the hold-down material 4a side, and the steel material 1, the sheet 2, the anti- corrosive layer 3 and the hold-down material 4a are fast stuck mutually. A hole having approximately the same diameter as the screw 5 is formed beforehand to the anti-corrosive layer 3 and the hold-down material 4a as required and the screw 5 is screwed, and the screw 5 is screwed vertically to the surface of the steel material 1 accurately while damage by cracking, etc., of the anti-corrosive layer 3 at the time of screwing is prevented. Accordingly, the adhesion of the steel material and the anti-corrosive coating layer can be maintained for a prolonged term of approximately 50 years, and cost can be reduced because the execution of works is simplified.
