摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a petroleum tank having a tank roof with an inner surface of unparalleled excellent corrosion resistance in a petroleum storage tank having the tank roof comprising a plurality of steel plates whose edge parts are lapped, and fillet welded from one face. SOLUTION: A weld heat affected zone 3 of an inner surface of a tank roof is covered with a MgO layer through a Zn-Fe-Mg alloy layer, and other part than the weld heat affected zone 3 is covered with a hot-dipping layer 6 of 60-300 g/m in coating weight having the composition consisting of 0.1-3.0% Mg, and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities to execute the corrosion protection on the inner surface of the tank roof. Alternatively, the corrosion protection is executed on the inner surface of the tank roof by covering other part than the weld heat affected zone 3 by a hot-dipping layer 6 of 60-300 g/m in coating weight having the composition consisting of 0.1-3.0% Mg, 0.1-10.0% Al, and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities.

In this way, the bottom board 4 and the backing steel 1 are integrated, by which the whole face of the rear of the bottom board 3 of the tank is coated with the sprayed coating of zinc, and its corrosion prevention can sufficiently be executed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To extend the life by constituting the roof and the upper part of the body part of a petroleum storage tank of hot dip zinc coated steel plate. CONSTITUTION:On the upper surface of a foundation concrete 1, a bottom plate 2 made of steel is mounted and fixed, and on the peripheral upper surface of the bottom plate 2, the lower end of a cylindrical body part 3 made of a steel plate is welded. Also, the plating deposit of the steel plate plated by molten zinc is set to be 60-400g/m . Thus, the life of the tank 7 can be extended by applying the steel plate plated by molten zinc to objective areas which especially require corrosion resistance.
