摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance safety of exchanging work and shorten air stopping period of blast furnace by a mechanism wherein an arm apparatus equipped with turning, extending and elevating functions is temporally provided through a manhole of blast furnace top portion and operated by a remote control system. CONSTITUTION:An exchanging apparatus 12 of an ore receiving metal plate 3 is temporally provided as a substitute of a turning chute within a furnace through a repairing manhole of a furnace interior provided at a furnace top and, to the said exchanging apparatus, turning and elevating functions of a filling apparatus are diverted. An extensible boom 12' having a claw 13 is equipped within the said ex changing apparatus 12 and subjected to remote control by a turning drive apparatus 15, a turning position detector 16. An elevating drive apparatus 17, an elevating position detector 18, an extension and contraction drive apparatus 19, an extending and contracting position detector 20. A control panel 21, three functions stopping position setting instruments 22 and drive stopping switches 23. Thereby, an receiving metal plate 3 is suspended by a claw 13 and detached through a manhole 2 by a hoist 14 positioned at the outside of a furnace, thereafter a new metal plate 3 is attached.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing method of a furnace body, by which a furnace bell part expanded by strain developed in a converter furnace body is removed only by changing a part without wholly changing the converter furnace body and further, a furnace top outer shell, the furnace bell outer shell and a furnace bottom outer shell can be integrated without developing any difference of the surface level. SOLUTION: In the repairing method of the trunnion ring type converter furnace body, thus converter furnace body is composed of the furnace top outer shell, furnace belly outer shell and the furnace bottom outer shell and arranged with upper brackets and lower brackets for fitting the trunnion rings to the furnace top outer shell and the furnace berry outer shell, respectively. Then, after cutting and removing the furnace belly outer shell and the lower part of the furnace top outer shell expanded in the outer direction of the converter by the converter operation, the furnace top outer shell and the furnace bottom outer shell are connected with a new manufactured furnace belly outer shell through an upper surface difference adjusting plate and a lower surface difference adjusting plate.
