    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain pipe laying track of a pipe with accuracy in work execution and quickly and smoothly conduct the laying work even when the conditions of the soil properties or the like are changed.     • PURPOSE: To provide a long distance underground laying process of pipe which can prevent the breakage of a drill pipe, in a construction process to lay a large diameter of pipe while expanding a small diameter of hole. CONSTITUTION: The processing device is composed of a hole expanding device which furnishes a rotatable device 3, a large diameter hole expansion head 5, its rotation driving device 7, and a skin plate 10 provided to cover the front end periphery of pipes 14 divided at specific lengths slidable, at the rear end of a drill pipe 2 in a small diameter hole, and a lead-in jack device 11 provided at the front end of the pipes 14. Furthermore, at the rear end of the lead-in jack device 11, divided pipes 14 are connected, and they are combined movable by intermediate drawing jack device 15 respectively, and after a hole expansion process to expand the front part of the pipe at a specific length by rotating the hole expansion head 5 while adding a tensile force to the drill pipe 2 is carried out, the lead-in jack device 11 is operated, and then, the intermediate drawing jack devices 15 are operated in order, so as to repeat a pipe lead-in process to draw in the pipe as one stroke without rotating, alternately.

    • PURPOSE:To accomplish an underground lead-in method for a buried pipe by which trouble such as breakage or the like in a drill pipe can be prevented in an installing method for a buried pipe with a large diameter while expanding the diameter of a small bore previously excavated. CONSTITUTION:A buried pipe underground lead-in device consisting of a bore expanding device 3, a rotary swivel device 5, a lead-in jack device provided in the front end part of a buried pipe 10, and a bore wall protecting pipe 12 arranged so as to cover the buried pipe 10 is connected to the rear end of a drill pipe 2 inserted into the previously excavated small diameter bore 1, and tensile force and rotational force are simultaneously applied to the drill pipe 2 by means of an excavating device arranged in the front end of the drill pipe 2, and then, a bore expanding process, in which the buried pipe 10 front part, is expanded to the predetermined length, is carried out while the bore expanding device is rotated. Subsequently, the lead-in jack device 9 is operated by employing the drill pipe 2 as reaction force, and the buried pipe is led into the ground while the buried pipe lead-in process for leading in the buried pipe 10 without any rotation by one stroke is repeated alternately.
