摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate contamination of a molten steel and to improve the quality of a steel material by preheating and closing a sliding nozzle, rejoining a long nozzle to the sliding nozzle and resuming airtight pouring. CONSTITUTION:A long nozzle 5 is disconnected to open the clogged nozzle to oxygen and the molten steel flow poured into a tundish 7 is protected by a cylindrical adapter 8 and blowing 9 of Ar. The sliding nozzle part is heated for prescribed time by the heat retained in the outflow molten steel. The sliding nozzle is closed to stop the flow of the molten steel and the nozzle 5 is mounted when the sliding nozzle is heated and when there is no more possibility of solidification of the molten steel in a nozzle opening 2 even if the sliding nozzle part is closed. The sliding nozzle is then opened and the molten steel is airtightly poured by the nozzle 5.

CONSTITUTION:By inserting a head bottom surface center leg part 7a to the top hole 13a of a swing type tuyere mending device main body 6 inserted in the tuyere after separating the immersion nozzle, a wood-made cylindrical push-up head 7 is fitted. This push-up head 7 is ascended together with the original mending movement of the tuyere mending device body 6 and the remained metal layer is pushed up to the necessary height and peeled and removed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a continuously using method for tundish, in which the oxide of the remained material in the tundish is prevented and the quality of molten steel is improved in a continuous casting. CONSTITUTION:The tundish 1 is constituted with a tundish body 2 and a tundish cover 3, and in the bottom surface 4 of the tundish body 2, an immersion nozzle 6 and a discharging nozzle 7 fitting a flapper cover 8 are formed. The surrounding bottom surface 4a formed the immersion nozzle 6 is formed at higher than the surrounding bottom surface 4b forming the discharging nozzle 7 by the prescribed height and a gentle sloped inclining bottom surface 4c is formed in between the bottom surface 4a around the immersion nozzle 6 and the bottom surface 4b around the discharging nozzle 7. In the tundish cover 3, a gas flowing nozzle 9 is formed, and in the continuous casting, after pouring the molten steel from the immersion nozzle 6 and discharging the remained material from the discharging nozzle 7, or since the pouring stage of the molten steel, the inert gas flows from the gas pouring nozzle 9 into the tundish 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To dispense with an inclination rotation of a tundish of a large scale, and to improve the safety by closing an outlet part of a discharge passage pierced in the lower part of the tundish with a flapper, and thereafter, filling the discharge passage with filling sand. CONSTITUTION:A tundish 1 is subjected to inclination rotation so that its discharge passage 2 side become a little lower. An air cylinder 14 is shortened, and a rod 15 is detached from a fixed plate 13. By turning a shaft 9, a turning arm 8 is turned, and by moving a flapper 7 to the lower part, closing of the discharge passage 2 is released. Filling sand filled in the discharge passage 2 is discharged to a remaining molten metal discharge pot 17 in the lower part, and subsequently, remaining molten metal and remnants 5 are discharged. When discharge of the remaining molten metal and remnants 5 is completed, the flapper 7 is closed, and after the discharge passage 2 is filled with the filling sand, the next work is executed.
