    • PURPOSE:To obtain a hammer type deburring device having long service life without damaging to a product and the deburring device by arranging a planer type hammer block as the hammer block at the position crossing over a flange. CONSTITUTION:The hammer 11 is composed of flat type hammer blocks 8 and the planer type hammer blocks 12. The flat type hammer block 8 is formed as a rectangular cross section in the plane containing a hammer shaft 7 and the tip part is formed as hitting surface 9. The planer type hammer block 12 is formed as almost U-shape cross section in the plane containing the hammer shaft 7 and fitted to the hammer shaft 7 so as to insert a flange 4 with legs parts 13 at both sides. Further, as the planer type hammer block 12 is formed to the symmetry in the right and the left sides to the flange 4 and the gravity center of the hitting part 14 is positioned to the center, even if the revolutional speed of a rotor 2 varies, moment does not act in the planer type hammer block 12. Therefore, the hammer block is not shifted in the right and the left sides and is stabilized even in the case of varying the revolutional speed.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a data transmission equipment having a fault without stopping once a data transmission line from a system by providing the transmission line of duplicated constitution as the transmission line and the 1st switch circuit and the 2nd switch circuit interlocked together as a connection means. CONSTITUTION:Two switch circuits 2a, 2b and the switch circuit 2a has connection terminals (a, b) to the data transmitter side and connection terminals (e, f) to the loop transmission side. The connection terminal (a) is connected to the connection terminal (e) and the connection terminal (b) is connected to the connection terminal (f) respectively in the switch circuit 2a and a connection terminal (c) is connected to a connection terminal (g) and a connection terminal (d) is connected to a connection terminal (h) respectively in the switch circuit 1b. In the 2nd connection state as above, the data transmitter 1a is connected to the loop transmission line 4, on the other hand, the data transmitter 1b is connected to the loop transmission line 3. The path representing the connection state is a path shown in one-dashed chain lines. That is, the connection between the data transmitters 1a, 1b and the loop transmission lines 3, 4 is replaced depending on the connection state.

    • PURPOSE:To execute continuous casting while keeping the casting thickness to the constant by deciding casting velocity, drawing velocity and the arc angle of a molten metal pool part and setting the revolutional velocity of drum and molten metal supplying quantity so as to satisfy the above values. CONSTITUTION:The casting width (w) and the casting thickness (d) are set and the casting velocity (molten steel casting quantity per unit time: W) is decided by the equation I based on the supplying quantity of the molten steel S and the supplying timing. Successively, the drawing velocity V is decided by the equation II and the arc angle theta by the molten steel pool 3 formed between a pain of cooling drums is decided by the equation III. The revolution velocity of the cooling drum and the molten steel supplying quantity into the molten steel pool S are set so as to satisfy the decided casting velocity, drawing velocity and the arc angle value. By this method, the continuous casting is executed while keeping the casting thickness (d). In the equation I, II and III, H is casting molten steel quantity (t) in this charge, T is casting scheduled time (min) in this charge, gamma is sp. gr. of a cast slab, D is drum diameter (m), A, alpha are factors. By this method, the operatability and the yield of the continuous casting can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To automate terminal connection changeover by allowing a data transmitter to identify whether the system is the operating system or the standby system based on an ER signal of the CCITT recommendations from a terminal device and inserting a data signal of the terminal device selected by the result of identification into a loop data transmission line. CONSTITUTION:An input signal (a) from the loop data transmission line 30 is outputted to a terminal device 20 via a reception circuit 1 as an output signal (b) and becomes an output signal (f) to the loop data transmission line 30 via a data insertion circuit 5. An input signal (c) from the terminal device 20 is stored at first in a transmission circuit 2, and a timing signal (e) from the control circuit 3 is outputted to the data insertion circuit 5 via a AND circuit 4 when the timing signal (e) from the control circuit 3 is logical 1 at a prescribed time slot and a data terminal ready signal (d) is inputted from the terminal device 20 with a level of logical 1. An output signal of the transmission circuit 2 is selected by the data insertion circuit 5 succeedingly and the input signal (c) from the terminal device 20 is outputted from the transmission circuit 2 to the loop data transmission circuit 30.
