摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet bar joining device of continuous rolling equipment with which the generation of defective butting in the end parts of sheet bars with each other in the joining device is prevented and for which an existing sheet bar transporting device is useable without drastically changing it. SOLUTION: An inlet-side clamping device 3 and outlet-side clamping device 4 for clamping the tip parts of the sheet bars 6, 7 and which are vertically moved evading the roller table and laser beam welding device 5 are mounted on a sheet bar joining device 1 which travels along the advancing direction of a hot rolling line, fixed rollers 8 are arranged under the running way of the joining device and the vertically movable rollers 9 which are successively lowered accompanying the travel of the joining device 1 and elevated when the clamping devices 4, 5 are passed through and with which the sheet bar is supported and transported, and the fixed rollers are successively arranged in the positions corresponding to clamping devices 4, 5 of the traveling joining device.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable attaching and detaching chocks in spite of the length of rolling rolls by arranging moving trucks 14 with chock receiving bases which are transferable to roll receiving bases on both side parts of roll receiving bases. SOLUTION: At the time of attaching and detaching the chocks, the moving trucks 14 on both sides are moved along X-rails 13 and faced to the rolling roll 12 on which the chocks 15 to be changed are attached. When the rolling roll 12 is a long size one, the chock receiving bases 16 are situated just under the chocks 15 only by arranging the chock receiving bases at tip parts of the moving trucks 14. After that, the roll 12 is lowered by retracting the rods of hydraulic cylinders on the sides of the roll receiving bases and also, by projecting the rods of the hydraulic cylinders on the sides of the chock receiving bases 16, the rolling roll 12 including the chocks 15 is placed on the vertically movable receiving parts of the chock receiving bases 16.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the backlash of a roll by making it into an integrated interlock tape in addition to simplification of assembling work in a roll by connecting a carrier ring and thrust block integrally. CONSTITUTION:By connecting the carrier ring 4 and the thrust block 5 integrally, these are simutaneously fitted to the roll and fitted to the roll so as to receive the thrust force by the movement of the piston 6 in a cylinder bore. The occurrence of backlash is prevented by sealing pressure corresponding to the thrust force even during operation. By providing a lock mechanism by which the piston 6 provided on the carrier ring 4 is restrained in its propulsion position and a moving piece 5a provided in a thrust block 5 is restrained in the drop-in position to a roll neck groove, the function of a thrust receiver is not impaired even when the leakage of working fluid and the drop of internal pressure and generated. In this way, the dimensional accuracy of a product is improved and the thrust receiver functions without any trouble to the leakage of the working fluid or the like.

This supported stepped part 4 is formed from the end surface of the roll body 2 to be larger than the width of the roll receiving part 11 of the receiving table 10 so that the roll may be stably loaded by the roll receiving part 11 of the receiving table 10, and at the same time, and the diameter of the section is formed in a concentrical manner with the roll axis from the viewpoint of the precision of the loading position that the roll body 1 is horizontally loaded. In order to simplify the loading, the distance of this supported stepped part from the roll axis is made constant over the whole roll, and the distance between the supported stepped parts at both end parts is preferably constant.
