Further, a spacer 8 made of styrene foam, etc., is sticked on the whole inside peripheral surface of a section L0 which corresponds to the length L or more. Then, concrete 3 is placed into the pile steel pipe 1, and after hardening the concrete, the concrete 3 in the section L0 is removed and the spacer 8 is also removed. The pillar steel frame 4 is then inserted and fixed, and concrete 3 is loaded between the pile steel pipe 1 and the pillar steel frame to complete the construction.

In this case, the prior steel pipe column 1 is threadedly connected to the splice plates 9a through 9d with hexagon headed bolts 20, and the posterior steel pipe column 2 is threadedly connected to the splice plates 9a through 9d with blind bolts 14. By this constitution, the columns can thereby be easily spliced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce the low-yield-ratio hot-rolled steel sheet for building excellent in fire resistance at a low cost by hot-rolling a steel slab consisting of C, Si, Mn, Nb, Mo, Al, N and Fe and having a specified composition, cooling and winding the hot-rolled steel sheet under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:A steel slab contg., by weight, 0.02-0.15% C, =1 kind among Ti, Zr, V, Ni, Cu, Cr, B, Ca and REM, the balance Fe and inevitable impurities is heated while still hot directly to 1100-1300 deg.C and the hot-rolled at the finishing temp. of 850-950 deg.C. The hot-rolled sheet is then cooled at the rate of 5-30 deg.C/sec and wound at 400-650 deg.C. The obtained steel sheet is subjected to plastic working, as required, in the hot ro cold rolling stage. By this method, a low-yield-radio hot-rolled steel sheet for building excellent in high-temp. characteristic and having the refractory coating reduced or omitted is obtained. Various low-yield-ratio steel materials for building can be obtained from this steel sheet.
