    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both maintenance of the strength of a whole and reduction of weight by a method wherein a window having a window frame of a reinforcing rib structure is formed in the cover plane part of a box cover-form structure made of a steel and a flat plate made of synthetic resin is integrally formed on the outside of a cover plane part. SOLUTION: The outer peripheral side of one oblong-shaped metallic plate A is folded in an L-shape to form a box cover-form structure made of a steel having a side wall part 2. Thereafter, a plurality of slender square-shaped windows 3 are opened at equal intervals orthogonally to the longitudinal direction of the box cover of a cover plane part 1 through a blanking work. A cut line 4 is formed in the plane part of each window 3, a plane part having width equivalent to the cut line 4 is folded at right angles and protruded as ribs 5 and 5, and processed to form a window frame 6 of a reinforcing rib structure folded in a U-shape in cross section. A flat plate made of synthetic resin having a smooth surface is integrally fixed at the outside of a cover plane part 1 of the structure made of a steel. This constitution achieves both maintenance of the strength of a whole and reduction of weight.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent thickness reduction by controlling the wall thickens distribution of a deep drawing part without damaging appearance by constituting a part of the inner wall surface of a mold of the film releasable from the mold and bringing a molten parison into contact with the film and subsequently partially moving the central part of the film from the inside to the outside. SOLUTION: A slide core 4 is preliminarily ejected to the predetermined position inside a mold so that the internal space of the mold 1 surrounded by the inner wall of a mold main body part 2 and a film 5 becomes smaller than the size of a hollow molded product. When the slide core 4 is allowed to retreat after all of parts of a parison come into contact with the film 5 or the inner wall surface of the mold, the film 5 is pressed to the inner wall surface of the mold while the parison 6 holds the contact state with the film 5 by the air pressure inside the parison and the shape of the internal space of the mold becomes same to that of the hollow molded product. By adjusting the ejection quantity of the preliminarily ejected slide core, a molded product of which the corner parts have desired wall thickness is obtained.
