The fuel injection valve is provided with: a damper chamber, which communicates with the fuel passage, and the volume of which is varied according to the switching action of the fuel injection hole of the needle part to thereby apply the damper action to the needle part through the fuel from the fuel passage; and a flow path resistance variable means for changing the resistance to the movement of the fuel between the damper chamber and the fuel passage according to the switching action of the needle part.

      SOLUTION: A blow-by gas reflux device is used for an internal combustion engine in which a supercharger 23 and an intercooler 29 for cooling intake gas pressurized by the supercharger are arranged on an intake passage. The blow-by gas reflux device includes an air introduction passage 63 through which the intake gas in the intake passage is made to flow into a crankcase 8 of the internal combustion engine and gas reflux passages 61, 62 for making the blow-by gas in the crankcase of the internal combustion engine flow back into the intake passage. The air introduction passage communicates with the intake passage on the air-intake downstream side of the supercharger and on the air-intake upstream side of the intercooler.

When the nozzle needle 1 lifts, a relative distance between the permanent magnet 1 and the detecting coil 62 changes, and the lift quantity of the nozzle needle 1 can be detected with high responsiveness from a change in a magnetic flux quantity inputted to the detecting coil 62.

When the ring 54b abuts on a step part 55 at an intermediate position, the piston body 54a and the valve element 32 are held at the intermediate position until the area of a displacement enlarging chamber 53 receiving an oil pressure changes to sufficiently elevate the actuator voltage. Thereby, the control voltage width is widened and intermediate lift control performance is obtained favorably.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an injection pressure to a target value by relieving fuel to a high pressure pump side by utilizing a reverse flow phenomenon during closing of a check valve wherein a flow rate during lifting is further increased during a forward flow than during a reverse flow. SOLUTION: In a fuel injection device having a pressure accumulating piping 2 used for an internal combustion engine, a check valve 8 is arranged at the delivery port of the high pressure pump 1 of a fuel injection device. By utilizing the reverse flow phenomenon of a check valve 8 wherein a flow rate during lift is further increased during a forward flow than during a reverse flow, fuel is relieved to the high pressure pump 1 side. Since a flow rate factor when the check valve 8 is lifted like the above is further increased during a forward flow than during reversing, by applying a reverse pressure after a positive pressure enough for slight lifting of the check valve 8 is applied, a total flow rate is reduced to a minus, whereby pressure reduction control is practicable.
